Two ways to work
Build access in early or repair what already exists.
If a course is still being planned, accessibility decisions can be built into the storyboard, interaction design, media, and testing. If a course already exists, I can review it, identify barriers, and repair the issues that matter most.
The goal is a usable course, not a checklist that ignores the learner's experience.
What you receive
Clear findings and practical fixes.
A focused review
I document barriers in plain language, with enough context for your team to understand the impact.
Course remediation
I update navigation, text alternatives, contrast, media support, and interaction behaviour within the agreed scope.
Real testing
Keyboard flow and learner-facing behaviour are tested instead of relying only on automated checks.
A usable handoff
Your team receives the repaired course and a clear record of what changed and what still needs attention.
Relevant example
Accessibility was part of a legally required course rebuild.
A long-term care course connected to new legislation needed a shorter structure and current accessibility treatment. Accessibility was included from the storyboard through testing and final delivery.
