The situation
Knowing the rule was not the same as using it during a busy shift.
Safe lifting information had mostly been delivered through a poster. It was easy to overlook, and employees were not consistently following the recommended steps.
The new format needed to earn attention, show the behaviour clearly, and make the guidance easier to remember.
What I changed
I built a complete course around a simple visual story.
Started from the task
I designed the learning from the ground up around what employees needed to notice and do on the warehouse floor.
Used a memorable style
A cartoon-led Vyond story made the familiar safety message feel less like traditional training.
Added practice
Interactions helped learners work through the recommended steps instead of only reading them.
Delivered the full build
I created the storyboard, instructional deck, video, accessible interactions, and final course.
What changed
The new format made familiar advice easier to understand.
The project can be discussed as a sample, but the client name and confidential materials are not shown. The illustration represents the audience.
